The main section of the class focuses on seven poses/postures (Asanas). The Asanas are specifically chosen to give the body complete and dynamic exercise and are continually developed over the course of the programme.
The class ends with relaxation (Savasana) and breathing practices (Pranayama) and meditation to help nurture clarity, focus, stillness and relaxed alertness of mind.
