Before Yoga Class
Ideally do not eat a large meal within three hours of a class, or a light meal or snack within two hours of a class.
Wear clothing that doesn’t contain zips or buttons, clothing which gives you room to stretch easily.
Bring a bottle of water, along with an enquiring attitude to reap the benefits that Yoga offers.
